Recurring maintenance contract

A calendar set in advance, a crew that knows your gym, a predictable invoice. Deep cleaning becomes a routine, not an emergency.

The recurring maintenance contract schedules a deep steam clean of your mats at a fixed interval, usually every 4 to 8 weeks depending on class count and group density. Same protocol on every visit, same crew, dates known in advance and a reduced rate on an annual agreement.

Mat surface of a combat sports gym

Why a fixed interval

The daily disinfection your staff does treats the surface. It reaches neither the seams, nor the underside of the tiles, nor the grain of the vinyl. Between two deep cleans, the load builds back up: sweat, dead skin, hair and grit collect where the mop never goes.

A fixed interval avoids the usual cycle: one deep clean, then nothing, then a ringworm case six months later, then an emergency call.

How we set the interval

We look at three things: hours of class per week, group density (an adult grappling class loads a mat more than a kids’ class) and surface type. A gym running six nights a week with full groups sits around 4 weeks. A small school with two classes a day, around 8.

  • Weekly class volume
  • Group density and type
  • Mat type and tile age
  • History of skin cases in the gym

What the contract includes

The contract does not replace your daily disinfection. It completes it, and it gives you a document to show your members and your insurer.

  • Visits scheduled for the year, dates sent in advance
  • Same crew, same full protocol on every visit
  • Visit report after every pass
  • Scheduling priority if a skin case appears between two visits
  • Reduced rate on an annual agreement

For chains and gyms with several surfaces

Several gyms, or several surfaces in one gym (grappling area, cage, striking area): we build a single calendar and group the visits to lower the cost per surface.

FAQ

What gym owners ask us

Can I change the interval during the contract?

Yes. If your traffic changes (new session, new program, summer camp), we adjust the interval. The contract follows your gym, not the other way around.

How long is the commitment?

The agreement runs twelve months to get the reduced rate. A shorter agreement is possible, at the one-time visit rate.

What happens if a ringworm case appears between two visits?

You call us. A client under contract moves to the front of the schedule for an emergency decontamination.

Do you provide a document for my members?

Every visit produces a written report with photos. Many gyms post it at the front desk or share it on their social channels.

An outbreak costs more than a cleaning.

Tell us your square footage and the type of tiles you run. You get a written quote, with no mandatory site visit.
